The challenge of designing a successful rebrand, website and marketing frameworks required meticulous planning and design, deep research, innovative solutions, and effective client communication while aligning the brand's new persona with strategy and ensuring the delivery of stakeholder goals.
OUTCOME
After launching Risque Couture, we saw improvements in key numbers. The abandoned cart rate went down from 73% to 26%, and the overall conversion rate shot up from 2.1% to 5.8%. The (AOV) Tripled, and the (CLTV) changed from a negative, to 5.8 times the (CAC). These efforts significantly increased sales and gave Risque Couture a renewed sense of purpose. One year later, the brand is now a leading force in its industry.

During a two-day kick-off discovery session with strategist Michael Brand and the executive team at Risque Couture, the team delved deep into exploring our clients' objectives and goals. Through open dialogue, we uncovered essential insights into the pain points of their customer base and aligned visions, discussing goals, strategy, and specific success metrics and KPIs.

For Risque's new ambitious website design and large online store, we created a user-friendly and dynamic backend that allows easy product management for the client admin. Our scalable systems designed to provide admins simplicity similar to a word processor.
The result is a refined site and store structure that feels natural to navigate, effectively conveying the new brand pillars while ensuring a balance of inspiring stories and detailed information without overwhelming text walls.
